A LOOK AT | TATCHA PURE One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil

Hey friends!

Happy Sunday!  I hope you have had a good weekend.  Weekends always seem to go by WAY faster than the week.  Unfortunately.  But anyways, today I'm back with a new look at a product that I found and want to share with you!

A couple of weeks ago, I was perusing the skincare isles of Sephora (as one does!), searching for a new face cleanser.  I had been using my PIXI Double Cleanse for a quite some time, and while I love it and think it cleans my skin very well, I was itching to try a new product.  You ever get that?!  I was also quite overwhelmed with all the selections there because there are so many products to choose from!  Plus my boyfriend was with me and I didn't want to spend TOO much time there.  But he was a good sport and got extra boyfriend points for following me around.  Anyways, I was perusing the isles and stumbled upon the TATCHA PURE One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil.  My eyes drew toward this particular product mostly because I loved the packaging.  It was really clean and modern looking.  The term "One Step" also intrigued me because while I love keeping my face clean, I can also be quite lazy with my skincare routine.  That made me really want to give this product a try.

PACKAGING:  The bottle it comes in very clean and sleek.  It looks really nice.  The cap pops off revealing the pump underneath.  I'm not sure if I maybe got a defective one or if it is designed like that, but my cap pops off SO easily.  Like so easily.  I'll just be slightly holding the cap with the bottle and it will fall to the floor.  Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it's kind of annoying sometimes.  I'm curious now if this is a widespread issue or just me.  Other than that, the packaging is really nice.

PRODUCT: The product was a lot more liquidy than I had first expected...but then again, it is an oil so I shouldn't be THAT surprised.  SO yeah, the product itself is runny and comes out fast, so only a pump or two would suffice to cleanse your whole face.

EASE OF USE:  Very easy.  The instructions are very simple: "Dispense 1-2 pumps into dry hands and massage onto a dry face.  Rinse away with warm water."  That's it.  I think ANYBODY could follow instructions that are that easy!

FINAL VERDICT:  I really enjoy this cleanser.  It is so easy to apply on my face.  One tip I would recommend though is to make sure that your face is completely dry (and that goes for your hands that are going to apply it) because otherwise it starts to clean without being worked into your skin first.  I also like it is an emulsifying cleanser because that means it is just rinsed off with water and doesn't require a cloth to wipe it off (although I'm sure you could do that if you wanted.)

But all in all, if you are looking for a cleanser to make your skincare routine easier, this might be a product you should look into!
