A LOOK AT | Urban Decay's Naked Skin Foundation

Today I wanted to take a closer look at a product that I have been absolutely LOVING recently:
Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation

Ok first things first:
My skin has a tendency to be dry in the winter and oily in the summer.  I have been working on making my skin more consistent at a healthy moisturized level...it's a work in progress.  Now on to the review!

They have a nice selection of 24 shades ranging from 0.5 Very Cool to 12.0 Warm/Dark.  Even though I tend to always go for the lightest shade, I asked the lady at Sephora and she said that since it was summer, I should go with the 1.0 instead.  I think it is the perfect shade to my summer skin tone!

This foundation is amazing!  Because of past skin issues (i.e. blemishes, dark spots, redness) I had always wanted to go with the most full coverage foundation possible.  But since my skin has cleared up dramatically from change in diet and better skin routine (might do a blog post/video on this sometime!) I haven't felt like a full coverage foundation was necessary anymore.  Thus, I was on the hunt for a new lightweight coverage foundation.  I have tried my fair of BB creams and tinted moisturizers but I felt like sometimes I just wanted to put a good layer of foundation on.

After I saw the reviews, I decided to give this one a try and I was impressed.  I LOVE how lightweight it is on the skin.  The consistency is almost watery and the coverage is buildable.  I also like that this foundation gives a luminous, flawless finish that covers most of the imperfections on the skin.  I have to say that my favorite part of this foundation is that when I wear it, I literally cannot even tell I am wearing foundation.  WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!! *Happy dance*  This foundation gets a two thumbs up from.  But don't take it from me, give it a try for yourself.
