Homemade Banana Bread

I had some extra leftover bananas laying around, and so we decided to make some homemade banana bread.  YUM.

If you are curious as to how to bake it/ingredients/all the things, we adapted this recipe from Epicurious which seemed to work out really well.  One small change: instead of 1 cup of sugar, after reading reviews, we ended up only putting in 3/4 cup of sugar.  I think it would have been WAAYY too sweet if we put any more sugar in.  That is one recommendation I would make, otherwise the recipe was frickin' delish!

Be prepared to salivate.  The house smells AH-mazing while this is cooking.

Here's the final product.  What a beaut.   Look at that CRUST. So nicely browned. 


Last step: Consume all the bread.  All of it.
